How do I place an order?

You can place an order for Fish IT products via any of the following methods.

Online: go to the product page, add the number of items to your cart and proceed to checkout. Our ordering process is on account, so we will contact you to establish credit terms if it is your first order with us.  You may utilise Fish IT freight or pick up / organise your own freight.

How much does shipping cost?

We will ship from our factory in Thornbury or our closest depot to your location.  When you choose to have Fish IT ship to you we will organise a freight quote and send you a purchase order for approval that includes product and shipping costs.

Alternatively, we are happy to work with your transporter of choice.

When will my order ship?

We endeavour to have all orders despatched within 48 hours of receiving an approved purchase order.

This can on occasion be impacted slightly the line haul schedules of major carriers.

You will receive an email once your order has been despatched.

When will my order be delivered?

Orders to Southland and Otago will reach the farm gate within 48 hours of despatch.

Orders to the rest of the South Island and the north island will reach a Mainfreight depot within 5 days of despatch.

How do I manage my account?

You are able to create an account at the time or your first order by selecting the option to create a password at the time of checkout.

Alternatively, and at any time, you can create and manage your account here.

Your account holds useful information like your order history, billing and shipping address details and email and password details.
